Clothing Giveaway
It’s time to clean out your closet! Please bring your clean, gently used shoes, clothing and winter wear (child and adult), toys and housewares to the Awana entrance on Thursday, September 14, 1:00-6:00pm and Friday, September 15, 2:00-7:00pm.
Please sort and label your donated items.
Our clothing giveaway is happening on September 16, 9:00am-1:00pm in the Old Fellowship Hall.
We will open to our church family at 9:00am and to the public at 10:00am.

Growing Kids God’s Way Parenting Class
Parenting can be a hard job; let us help you on that journey!
Bring your friends, and join us for Growing Kids God’s Way on Sunday evenings, 5:30-7:00pm, beginning on September 10 and continuing until mid-January.
Each week we will watch a new video and answer discussion questions as we work through the curriculum. We will have copies of the questions available for no charge, or you may purchase a book for $25. Childcare will be provided.
Have you been looking for a way to support the young families of Northside?
Come watch the children of the parents who are attending the Growing Kids God’s Way class on Sunday evenings, 5:30-7:00pm, beginning on September 10 and continuing through mid-January. You can sign up to help for the entire class or just for a few sessions. Please see Kevin and Kendra W. to volunteer.
Church Library
For those of you who do not know, and those of you who have forgotten, we have a church library! In the library you will find books for children and adults, fiction and non-fiction, and we are working on expanding our Spanish section. We also have many films ranging from VeggieTales and family movies, to comedians and documentaries. Lastly, if you are interested in Northside’s history, we have plenty of documents, photos, and video recordings.
*PLEASE NOTE* At the moment we are not accepting any audio/visual donations. It is also STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that you return any resources you are done with. If you have any questions, please see the librarian, Megan W.

Joy Fellowship Luncheon
WOW!! September already. The 50+Joy Fellowship has had a busy year thus far!! For the month of September we are going to revisit a restaurant in Bremen called The Dutchmaid Eatery & Gifts. We are planning to gather together to start off the fall season by celebrating the goodness of the Lord, to thank Him for His bountiful blessings and to enjoy fellowship with our brothers and sisters in the Lord. If you haven’t been to one of our monthly gatherings we extend an invitation to join us on Thursday September 28, 2023 @ 11:00 AM. Sign up is on the table in the foyer. Please join us for great food and fellowship, REMEMBER THERE ARE NO STRANGERS IN THE FAMILY!
Women’s Ministries Fellowship
Women’s Ministries Fellowship invites you to join us for our monthly get together and bible study at 6:15 pm, Monday, August 28 and September 25.
August’s lesson is “Testing Times”, taught by Erica P., and the September lesson is “White Clothes to Wear”, taught by Tonita C. Food will be served starting at 6:15pm. Our memory verse for 2023 is Romans 12:1-2. A reminder/memory aid can be picked up at the Women’s Ministry Table or printed off below.

Everyday Faith Youth & Young Adult Bible Conference
Friday, September 29th (6-9 pm) & Saturday, September 30th (10 am – 5 pm) in Room 155 (Old Fellowship Hall).
The conference is open to all Teens (7th -12th Grade) and Young Adults (18-24 Years Old). Find out more information and sign up on the Youth Group Board in the Foyer.
Pickleball
Fridays from 6-8 pm in the Gym, open to everyone (ages 16+).
We will have a Bonfire for all those coming to Pickleball on Saturday, September 23rd @ 6 pm at the Miller’s (see bulletin for address) Please bring a side dish/dessert to share.
New Day – Beginning September 19th
Griefshare will meet on Tuesdays in the White House @ 7pm beginning Tuesday, September 19th.
