Annual Thanksgiving Service and Pie Night
Our annual Thanksgiving Service of praise and worship, followed by Pie Night is scheduled for Sunday Evening, November 19th at 6pm. Come prepared to praise the Lord for His goodness and provisions. More Details to follow.
Children’s Christmas Shop
On Saturday, December 16th at 9 am the halls of Northside Baptist Church will see many excited children, wondering what they will get this year for their parents and siblings. This event is open to Northside Baptist Church regular attending children ages 3 – 12, this is not a public event.
Currently, we are looking for gifts for the Christmas Shop. You can pick up a list at one of the entrances as to what we are still needing.
In addition, we are in need for helpers. We need help with our shopping assistants, registrations, gift wraps, shop keepers and the Kid’s Corner. Helpers must be pre-approved to work with children and have done the required safety training. If you would like to help but aren’t approved, please check with the Church Office how to go about it. It only takes a little time.
Helper sign-ups will start the middle of November. Children registration for shopping times will be announced. If you have questions, please talk with Mackenzie M., Carolyn B-R., or Ingrid K.

Joy Fellowship Luncheon
Psalm 95:2 says, “let us come before his presence with thanksgiving.”
This is the theme for the 50+ Joy Fellowship luncheon coming up on Thursday, November 9th.
The luncheon will be held at Perkin’s Restaurant and Bakery and will start at 11:00 am.
If you haven’t attended one of our luncheons, I want to extend an invitation to any 50+ to join us for a great time of food, fellowship, and giving thanks for all of god’s bountiful blessings.

Women’s Ministries Fellowship
LADIES CHRISTMAS GATHERING — December 7th at 6 pm in the Foyer.
“Jesus, the Gift of Christmas”. Come and join us for an evening of food and fellowship, as we prepare our hearts for Christmas. Do you know someone that needs to know about this special gift of Christmas? Please invite them and bring them along.
Our food will consist of soup and various charcuterie boards, along with cookies that you will bring. We ask each Lady to bring 1 dozen Cookies to share, and 1 dozen Cookies for the Christmas Cafe later in December. Sign ups to start the first Sunday in November.
Our next Women’s Ministry meeting will be January 22, 2024
We will be voting on new Officers and Coordinators for the 2024 year.
Plans for the new year will be discussed along with ideas for new ministries and events.
We will complete our Red Hot Faith Bible Study.

Saturday, November 18th at 8 am in the White House, open to gentlemen of all ages. Sign up in the Foyer.
Pickleball
Fridays from 6-8 pm in the Gym, open to everyone (ages 16+).
