Your Shoppers have been registered with the NBC Children’s Christmas Shop!
- If you have any questions please email the Christmas Shop at nbcelkhartkids@gmail.com OR text # provided in confirmation email.
- If you find you have more Shoppers to bring after you registered for a Shopping Time, you must reserve more Shopping Times ONLY for the additional children and then complete Shopper Forms ONLY for the additional children.
- Do not register a Shopping Time for 2 children and bring 5, we will not have the helpers available and you will be on standby to shop.
Arrival To Shop
- Be sure to arrive early to your appointment, we can only hold places for 5 minutes after your scheduled time.
- You will come into the Main Entry Door #8 located on the North side of the building, under the overhang. Do Not Enter the Gym.
- Parents/Guardians are invited to wait in the Christmas Café while your Shoppers are shopping.
Pick-up After Shopping
- We will text the Cell # given on the Shopper Form when all your Shoppers are ready for pick-up.
- Go to the East Gym Door #5, located on the back side of the gym, there will be a sign on the door and a doorbell to ring.
